Whilst under lockdown it’s time for a spring clean. Where better to start than to see what the next batch of Sage’s free reports can do for you.

If this is your first time here, why not go back a look at our previous report of the month blogs. If not here is a refresher, Sage produces monthly reports for Sage 200cloud totally free of charge! The reports are referred to as the ‘Report of the Month’ and are released towards the start of each month.

The reports are for a variety of different areas of your Sage system including Sales, Purchase & Nominal Ledger. Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing & Stock. As they are usually from suggestions by end-users or requested by Sage Partners it’s a great resource to remember.

Each quarter, we release a blog post to keep you updated on the last three months’ reports. It’s a quick summary of the information you can get within each report. There will also be screenshots and a link to the page to find the report. So, let’s have a look at our last three months!

All the reports available are compatible with Sage 200cloud Ver. 8 (2011 Service Pack 7) onwards unless otherwise stated.

April: Nominal Ledger Monthly Posted Activity

Module: Nominal Ledger

The first report for Spring is for the nominal ledger module. You can use it to pull up the nominal activity of your nominal accounts over 12 months.

The report would be useful to check what has been set up for the preferred items and to check if any need to be updated.

Where can you get the Reports from?

Do these reports sound like your cup of tea? If so, you can find them here. The webpage has the full list of free reports, have a look and see what else you may have missed out on. It’s split into the various sections which include the Report of the Month, Archive, Free of Charge Report Library, and the Wish List Report Library.

The Free of Charge Report Library are reports which Sage has created and made available to their customers download for free. These are listed under each other modules in Sage 200cloud for you to access and look through easily. The Wish List Report Library is similar to the Free of Charge Report Library as these are also free but have been requested in the Ideas Hub (learn about it here) from Sage 200cloud Customers. Sage has made these available and again, has listed them per module.

After you have downloaded the report you want, you can use our guide “How to add a Report to your Menu”. Please click here to see a full list of our help and user guides, including “How to add a Report to your Menu”.

Conclusion

Remember, if you don’t find the report you are looking for you can always speak with Sage and request a report from them directly.
