I am looking
At itas, we love what we do. There is no greater buzz for us, than helping our customers get the very best out of their business. We believe that the only way we can do this, is to have the very best people! Across the business, we have a close-knit team who thrive off helping each other. There is no individual glory at itas. We work hard as a team, and play hard as a team! We are always on to look out for talented individuals who have the passion and drive to join us.
Why I love working for itas…
Well I’m now approaching 8 full months at itas and in that time it’s fair to say things have changed loads! There’s been more new starters and unfortunately one or two whom have moved on, the office has moved around (a lot!). On a more personal note my role has evolved and I definitely feel more settled and more like part of #teamitas.
I have never worked for an employer who has regular one to one catch ups just to see how things are going. I have rarely worked for an employer who doesn’t ram hierarchy down your throat. We are a team and I think that is a major contributing factor in why we work so well together. We all get on, we all help each other whenever we can and share any knowledge as this is how a winning team succeeds.
We have the opportunity to evolve with the business – we can change roles, add to our existing roles, learn new skills, share our skills, gain qualifications, improve processes and so on. Cheesy to say but the possibilities really are endless at itas – it is the most forward-thinking business I have had the pleasure of being a part of.Nina Evans - Finance
