Sage Intacct Implementation

Again this varies on a large number of variables i.e. what modules are required, numbers of entities, your chosen implementation methodology, and a number of other things but we will try to give you a guide. As an example a Fast Start implementation is normally around about 8-10k, a full implementation starts from 12k, a typical one is around 20-25k.

Fast Track implementation is a pre-designed implementation template that can be deployed quickly. Designed for those that need to get a core financial system up and running quickly, it only includes the core modules and because of the timeframe and pre-designed approach, it doesn’t include the in-depth scoping workshops that are included with full implementation. It doesn’t mean that you can't implement complex modules later on or continue to refine your processes and reporting, it's more of an agile approach vs our scope first implementation model.

This depends on what modules you have selected. We believe that good training is critical to the success of any new implementation project. To train core functionality we normally suggest 3 x 2-hour sessions and then further training on reports and customisation if needed. You can also get access to pre-recorded fundamental training as part of your implementation package.

All of our Sage Intacct training can be delivered online or onsite. The great thing with online is that we can chunk the sessions down into small more easily absorbed sessions that don’t require everyone to be in the office. The great thing about onsite is that getting to see everyone in person and keeping everyone engaged Is a lot easier but our guys are pros and can make either way work. We even put all our consultants through adult “Train the Trainer” courses to ensure that you and your team get the most out of every session and that you enjoy it too!

3-4 weeks is normally given for testing in the full implementation model, for Fast Track, it's approximately 1 week. We can accommodate for longer testing phases and/or a parallel run if preferred. We like to ensure you are fully comfortable with the system before going live so you will have access to testing sheets plus regular workshops with your consultant team during this phase to ensure you and your team have all the support you will need. We can extend if needed BUT testing works best when done in short focused bursts. So, unless there are some extraordinary complexities, we plan to get it done in weeks rather than months.
