The Challenges Faced by CMAC
CMAC encountered several hurdles with their existing system. The lagging performance of the system was leading to prolonged processing times. The team often found themselves resorting to manual workarounds using Excel, which was neither efficient nor sustainable. Moreover, the necessity for the new system to integrate with Sage Pay was of paramount importance to maintain their transactional operations.

They have successfully gone live with Sage 200, with the setup of Sage Payments being completed swiftly and without causing any interruption to the business continuity. This strategic move has allowed CMAC to depart from the labor-intensive process of manually producing consolidated accounts in Excel, to an automated, quick, and reliable system that enhances their financial operations.
