The summer release is now here. The penultimate Sage Intacct release of the year is now live, outlined below are some of our highlights:
Copilot workspace – Early Adopt
Predefine a list of tasks required for your companies close process. Tasks can be assigned to people who are responsible for them.
The copilot then automatically calculate a target start and completion dare for each task based on information you enter. These target dates then generate insights to alter assignees of situations and when tasks are at risk or overdue. Insights can all be viewed from the Copilot panel.
New way to combine purchase transactions
Convert multiple purchase orders into a single invoice with ease. Previously, advanced processing had to be enabled under Purchasing and you would need to go through the “Process Transactions” screen to select what Orders should become an invoice. This is now available directly from the Purchase invoice screen, simply select “Convert from existing transactions” on after selecting a supplier to pick orders to add to your invoice.
Delegate AP purchase invoice approvals
No longer is AP Purchase invoice approvals a burden if someone decided to take some leave. Previously there was no way to delegate an approval for an AP Purchase invoice. Now, you can enable delegation under AP and assign delegates for each user. If a user takes leave, they can now set a period that their approvals need to go to their delegate under their preferences.
Authenticate and validate your email domain
Authenticating your domain helps ensures uninterrupted email delivery from Intacct to your customers.
- Improved email deliverability, reducing the chances of your messages being marked as spam or not reaching recipients.
- Protects your domain from being used in phishing attacks or other fraudulent activities.
- Aligns with best practices for email security and compliance.
Action required
Your Sage Intacct administrator must work with your email administrator to obtain the DNS keys and other information for your domains.
New available tax reports
As Intacct expands its global availability, it looks add more available tax solutions as well as their tax reports. Additional tax reports are now available in the below regions:
- France
- Germany
- New Zealand – Early Adopter
- Singapore – Early Adopter
- United Kingdom

Add Standard Tasks to Project from Standard Task list
You can now add multiple standard tasks to a project directly from the Standard Task list. Previously you would need to navigate to the project task list and add them from there. Now, there is a tick box and a new button to add to the project.
Enhanced List view as default view
Some of you may have already started to notice the chance. Intacct has been testing a new way to interact with list views for the past 12 or so months. However, you had to enable it to see it. This list view has now become the default view and it will start to look and feel different. Add and move columns in a more simple way by selecting columns to display in the top right corner.
Enhanced lists can be turned off if the preference is the old view. Click the 3 dots in the top right corner > Turn off Enhanced lists
