One of the great things about Sage CRM is that it is customisable to fit in with your company, and it’s really easy to do!
To add your logo you just have to change a file in the CRM directory. To do this, you will need to navigate to c:Program FilesSageCRM\WWWRootThemesImgColorLogo.
Whilst in this folder all you need to do it rename the current ewaretopleft.jpg file and then copy in your new logo renaming this ewaretopleft.jpg.
Remember for your logo to look as good as possible it needs to be roughly the same size as the original image.
You will then need to do an IIS reset (Elevated Command Prompt with the iisreset command). Refresh Metadata in CRM and clear out your browsers cache.
You should then see your new logo appear in the top left of the CRM window.
