To ensure our support team have as much knowledge as they need to help you, we make sure they all undergo AAT accreditation as well as other relevant courses. Our support works on a two-tiered structure, first-line support technicians and then when necessary, escalation to the second line support team. Once you have settled in we then provide you with a dedicated account manager that is there to look after you, is in touch with you as often as you feel is necessary and they will ensure you are getting the most out of your Sage 50 system.

Available Monday - Friday 8:30am - 17:30pm, our support is both telephone and email-based (exc Bank Holidays). Within 30 minutes of logging a case with our support team, you will receive an acknowledgement email.
