What is included in the Sage 200 Construction Module?

Sicon CIS

Sicon CIS is designed specifically as an integrated module for Sage 200. Embedded in the Desktop Client, it simplifies the required recording of information for CIS within the existing Sage 200 Financial Modules. With the ability to create Payment Certifications, enact online Subcontractor Verification and produce this module provides fantastic, compliant and efficient, workflow functionality.

Within the module, options are presented to handle calculation or recording of CIS due against a Sub-Contractor’s Invoice (Supplier). This, with the ability to process Verification directly with HMRC, ensures increased accuracy of your data. Sicon CIS uses the information HMRC stored against the registered Sub-Contractor to ensure that Tax Rates and the associated CIS Returns remain accurate.

Customer Applications Ledger

With use of the Applications Ledger within the Sicon Construction Module, real-time data entry and visibility is greatly improved. Through the Module, a user can enter, manage and track all Applications, Valuations (and associated Retentions) against a particular Project. This Application Ledger is reproduced under each Project, within Sicon Projects, allowing for tighter data controls through assignment of Project Managers who will inherit access to only the Projects to which they are assigned.

Supplier Applications Ledger

Like the Customer Applications Ledger, the Supplier Applications Ledger allows for a much-improved quality of information to be recorded against Applications raised to your own business (as the Customer). Providing cost information against Labour and Materials alongside justification for Certification against the Application. Associated Valuations (and Retentions) can then be accurately and fluidly recorded to better build your all-round Cost picture.
