What is Service Manager for Sage 200?


Sicon Service Manager was built to enhance Sage 200. The module is fully integrated with the Sage 200 Stock, Order Processing and Financials modules and is very easy to use. Service Manager allows you to log services cases directly within Sage 200 which then allows allocation of stock, scheduling of engineers and transfer of stock to the engineers. You can also manage the profitability of service contracts and call-out jobs. The module consists of Project Accounting, Contract Manager and Service Engineers Mobile App, giving you a powerful Services solution.
