Sage 200cloud Report of the Month – Autumnal Reports!

Sage release monthly reports for Sage 200cloud, totally free of charge! These are referred to as ‘Report of the Month’ and cover all sorts of topics. The reports released have either been assessed by the needs of the customers or asked for by specific business partners. Previous ones have been for Fixed Assets; Sales ledger; Price Book, Purchase Ledger and so on and so forth.

To keep you updated we have taken to releasing quarterly blogs which outline the last three monthly reports. We will list the information you can get within each report, including how to run these. There will also be screenshots and a link to the page to find the report.

All the reports available are compatible with Sage 200cloud Ver. 8 (2011 Service Pack 7) onwards unless otherwise stated.

October Report of the Month – Fixed Assets Monthly Depreciation by Manager

Module: Fixed Assets

The first report we will look at in this blog is from October. This report is for Fixed Assets, it will bring up the monthly depreciation for your assets showing which manager is responsible for them. This report would be helpful for showing which assets will be nearing their lifespan. Also how much they will be costing you each month which can be useful for budgeting problems.

As seen above the report will give you the depreciation by month for each asset with a monthly and an annual total for each manager.

November Report of the Month – Sales Ledger Customer Alert Report*

Module: Sales Ledger

The second report of the blog is from November. The report is for the sales ledger, it will enable you to bring back a list of alerts for each customer. This is helpful for when you want to check which customers/suppliers have hit their alerts that you have set up. The report isn’t industry specific.

*Report can only be used with following Sage version: ‘Sage 200cloud Summer 2018 Enhancement or above and Sage 200cloud Standard / Education’.

November Report of the Month– Sales Ledger Customer Alert Report

  • Account Reference
  • Name
  • Credit Limit
  • Balance
  • Date Created
  • Date Updated
  • Added/Updated By
  • Alert Text
  • Status

December Report of the Month – Purchase Ledger Address List

Module: Purchase Ledger

The third and final report for this quarter is from December. The report is for the Purchase Ledger, it will help will collating supplier information.

This report will bring back a list of supplier addresses. This can be used to do a supplier audit as to whether the details you have on the system are correct and up to date. The report isn’t industry specific.

  • Name
  • Short Name

Where can you get the Reports from?

The Free of Charge Report Library are reports which Sage have created and made available to their customers download for free and accessible. These are listed under each other modules in Sage 200cloud for you to access and look through easily. The Wish List Report Library is similar to the Free of Charge Report Library as these are also free but have been requested in the Ideas Hub from Sage 200cloud Customers. Sage has made these available and again have listed them per module.
