Lead Generator/Telesales Career

To generate appropriate business opportunities and appointments for the Commercial Team and support Sales Consultants with sales related tasks and administration.

All you need is:

Ensure the continued success of the business and help meet growth, revenue, profit and strategic targets by:

  • Achieving set KPIs
  • Proactively identifying and contacting potential new business via approved channels (mainly telephone, email and other media)
  • Attending events that will promote the company in a positive way
  • Nurture existing leads
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Helping identify and implement strategy to continually improve the services we offer
  • Identifying up/cross sell opportunities to maximise profit from existing clients
  • Identifying and dealing with client issues in a proactive manner to minimise attrition.
  • Ensure communication between departments is maintained to the highest level
  • Ensure Directors are kept aware of any potential negative impact issues
  • Ensuring the CRM systems is kept up to date with relevant information
  • Promote a positive and professional attitude in everything we do both internally and externally
  • Assist Sales Consultants with administrative tasks
  • Create regular articles/blogs/guides/videos to increase itas brand recognition and assist current and future customers
  • Assist Marketing to produce quality material when required
  • Carry out additional tasks as may be required of you from time to time
