Integration with the Salesforce Platform means that the sales team are able to Close Won an opportunity and automatically create an invoice in Sage Financials. Automatic recognition schedules mean that revenue is recognised in line with the Sales Contract without human intervention. Reporting is all done from one place.

ITAS were instrumental to our Sage Financials implementation. Our assigned lead consultant that was with us from the initial scoping session to our Go Live date (and beyond) took time to understand our business requirements and her technical knowledge of the Financials system meant everything was configured accordingly to satisfy all our daily processes. The ITAS team also have knowledge of the Salesforce platform which is very helpful when working with our internal Salesforce Administrator to ensure all the processes, custom fields and workflows had been set up as required to ensure the two systems were integrated correctly. During the implementation, we discovered some functionality that we required that Financials didn’t yet support but the ITAS team came up with workarounds for us and ITAS’s direct and close relationship with the Sage product team is hugely advantageous and has resulted in a couple of the things we required already been deployed in one of the recent product updates.

We are continuing to work with the ITAS support team to ensure our reporting requirements are all covered and our processes are becoming even more streamlined. This past month, which is month 3 of using Sage Financials, we closed our financial books on day 6. Not bad doing, I would say!
