Project Type: Migration from Sage 50c to Sage 200cloud
CMAC provide a managed ground transport and accommodation solution to a wide variety of organisations, including clients in the travel, airline, rail, business continuity and events and conference sectors. They move over a million passengers a year and arrange accommodation for thousands more.

CMAC are now live on Sage 200c, and their Sage Payments has all been set up in a timely manner ensuring that no disruption was caused to the business. The group company was also set up and the link established on the day of go live, meaning that CMAC are now able to run a quick and easy consolidation routine at month end to produce their consolidated accounts as opposed to having to manually produce them in Excel.
The decision to migrate to the new package was initially met with resistance with certain people in the finance team, however the transition was managed in a seamless way and the level of disruption was minimal resulting in a positive response from the finance team. Our itas project manager and their level of knowledge of the system was excellent and made the whole experience very easy.
